We design, build and operate our test benches in coordination with customer specifications and project needs. Our expertise in different research areas in tribology and in operating engine components (cylinder head, injection pumps, variable transmissions, …) impacts these projects.
We develop efficient testing procedures on this basis, which are then applied in the customer’s ongoing development work. This may include for instance testing procedures supported by specialised fast motion endurance tests or real time wear measurements.
We use the results of component measurements and materials analyses to derive damage hypotheses. Further development steps are identified in coordination with customer experience. Experts from our materials laboratory use their expertise to support the entire process.
Small project teams under the leadership of an experienced coordinator handle our customers’ projects. We identify testing goals and tasks alongside our customers at the outset. Our detailed scheduling and test planning allows us to consistently pursue our testing goals and monitor project progress.
We value good and speedy communication. Interim reports and regular meetings involve the customer closely in the ongoing project, allowing them to adjust sub-tasks, if the measurement results found require. A final report and presentation of results complete our work.
