Surface measurement laboratory

  • Zeiss 3D coordinate measurement machine
  • Tactile surface measurement devices for roughness and topography measurements

Metallography laboratory

  • In cooperation with high-performing partners at universities and other research institutions, we can supplement measurements and analyses of mechanical processes with surface physical processes like AES, GDOES, OES, SIMS, SNMS, TOF-SIMS, XPS, CT, FIB, TEM, TEM/EDX, HR-TEM, ESEM,/EDX, XRD, porosimetry, TGA, DSC, micro hardness. This provides us with further information on elementary composition and surface chemistry.
