Components

Our test benches can test not only entire engines, but also

• individual components (e.g. plain bearings)
• Components (e.g. oil pumps)
• Sub-systems (e.g. fuel injection systems)
• towed full engines

for proper function, even completing endurance testing under realistic conditions.

Our customers also use our test benches for screening purposes, as a cost-effective way to select basic materials and coatings or choose among components from different manufacturers. Primarily we test the mechanics, but we also conduct testing on thermal management and hydraulics.

Our challenge is to ensure a high level of measurement precision, repeatability and reproducibility. We also offer a high level of differentiation among different components and lubricants. This applies not only to complete engines, but also single components using the strip-down method.

OEMs and suppliers appreciate our extensive expertise on test benches and engines. We build test benches custom-tailored to specific requirements before completing our tests. This allows us to offer solution-focused expertise, in combination with component and damage analysis.
